At Selora, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only cover return shipping if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
